Learn About Your Assessments

To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs, and administration. In order to obtain these funds, all members within your community are required to pay assessments to the association.

Please note, it can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks after closing for a homeowner account number to be assigned to you. At that time, you will receive your account statement through the mail.

To learn more about your assessments and payment options, please visit our Pay Assessments Page.

Visit Document Library

We recommend familiarizing yourself with the Document Library on the website. Some helpful documents include the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) and the ACC Application for architectural modifications.
